This company "Locate Ball Bearings" at www.locateballbearings.com ripped me off in exactly the same manner as the first Ripoff report. They took my order, took my money, promised my bearings would go out the same or next day. They did not mail the bearings for a week. The sent the order short of parts. I sent the bearings back after getting an "authorization". I had to drive a couple of hundred miles round trip from Seattle to Portland to get the bearings for my customer's machine. No refund... The office manager (Karen) hung up on my when I had the audacity to complain about the sales person (Larry). Still no refund. I was told to talk to the C.E.O. (Eric) who would never call me back. I have yet to see a refund and doubt I ever will. These people are crooks to the core. Don't waste your time or money... See my experience at www.locateballbearingsdotcom.com
