Upon calling our sales Representative only can give estimates. Not all locks, can be re keyed, some locks are higher security than others. Locks start at $35.00 and go up from there depending on the lock that customer chooses. That is why upon calling, our sales Representative can only give the starting price. We explain to them that the price can go up depending on the lock that they have or choose. That is why the technician came out and gave a price before doing any work this way the customer is aware of all charges before the work is completed. It is $19.00 for us to come to the location. if they choose not to get the service done, the customer is only responsible for the $19.00. For the technicians time, gas etc.  We are not scammers, Give us a call now and you will see we tell customers the starting prices and explain to them that the price may go up depending on the locks they have at the location. It is not our fault that there are over 200 types of locks, security levels etc.  I have a feeling that a competitor wrote this and not a customer!
