If there was a star for zero I would click it. I am a 7 year IT professional. They are trying to rip me off, and review me for bad ratings for false excusing of client false statements. Even when working with LMS and PC Connection, LMS false accused me of doing wrong when LMS was the one that instructed me for the new issue on the printer. LMS tech support recommended a part which was then explained to the client, which they acknowledged what needed to happen. Then today, they happen to send me a message of false accusations and dishonest statements even from the client. All work with these guys is a complete rip off and a way for them to throw techs underneath a bus.

 

My Statement:  Vanessa,

FYI, the whole customer statement is dishonest and not totally true. I talked to them very clearly about this issue with the printer, and they acknowledged the issue of why we were needing this part to begin with. LMS tech support recommended this part in regards to the paper-jam issue. This was then explained to PC connections, and needing the part. I explained to them that this new error being a printer jam issue is a whole new issue. The old issue was resolved with no error that was previously reported. This is not at all fair to me for such dishonest statement for one, and 2 I did my job and fixed the error that was causing the machine to malfunction. After replacing the Main System Drive, the error was non-existed. Ready state machine was in. I then do a test print. Came up with complete jams. So, I really don't appreciate such lies, and dishonest statements. I reported to both you (LMS) and the client (PC Connections). There is no excuse for such dishonesty and pulling blame on me. This call will be also reviewed by us with possible reports being sent out for such dishonesty and bashing us with false statements. We will not be working with LMS ever again for such dishonesty and us being falsely excused. This is the plain HONEST statement coming from me, and I will be sticking to my statement because it's the truth. My word is the plain truth fair and square. I was also told by LMS tech support, that within 48 hours I should be seeing a label for sending back the parts. I am still awaiting to see this label in my email, as this was exactly what was instructed of me when talking to LMS tech support.

 

There Statement:  WE NEEDED THOSE PARTS TO STAY ONSITE FOR THE NEXT TECH TO USE... THE CUSTOMER IS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE WAY THIS CALL WAS RAN. PLEASE SEE CUSTOMER NOTES... THIS CALL WILL BE REVIEWED-


I have issue with tech that was onsite last Thursday on call 767400 East Syracuse, NY. Tech was dispatched to replace the main drive motor and the transfer roller brackets. Tech arrived at 1517and called to check out about 1730 saying he would be back Friday to work on front door of printer. Why he needed to work on the door is unknown. He was onsite about 1130 Friday. He called to check out about 1300 saying he needed a system card ordered. I have no idea what this tech actually did. The new Tech arrived onsite today at 1444. He said that the original tech took all the parts with him. The transfer roller bracket and transfer roller were not replaced by original tech so NEW TECH and I have no idea why he ordered a system card on Friday since the printer cannot be tested until the brackets are replaced. I have had to reorder the transfer roller and bracket. Site and I do not want to see original tech back onsite again.
