LogistiCare, Mo Linda Powell, Chad Vulgamott LOGISTICARE MANAGEMENT IN ST LOUIS - THE SCUM OF THE EARTH!! Saint Louis, Missouri

     We have been a solid NEMT (Non Emergency Medical Transportation) provider for the last five years in this area of Missouri. We have gone back and forth a few times with the States brokers who handle the services for the state of Missouri - between Logisticare (out of Atlanta) and MTM (Medical Transportation Management) here in Missouri (who still owe us almost $10,000.00 and are paying us of at 5% every two weeks).

     Most of the five years we worked for Logisticare. We worked for their office in Kansas City the first time. They had good management and the people good to work for. We never had a problem with them.

     Logisticare lost the contract with the State 2 years ago to MTM. MTM ran it for a year and couldn't handle it so Logisticare received the contract again. This time they had to hire all new people and transfer managent from other states and offices.

     The so-called manager of the St Louis office came from Arkansas - a two-faced lying hillbilly b***h that will stick a knife in your back in a heartbeat. She has another idiot, f****t that works with her to control the 135 Providers located around Missouri.

     To get down to it, we had six drivers working for us and things seemed to be going along fine - until I came into our office on Monday afternoon March 19, 2012 - and discovered all our trips that had been assigned to us for the rest of the week - were cancelled!!! I immediately called Logisticare's office to see what was going on but no one there could tell me why they were cancelled. Everybody told me I had to talk with the manager!!

     I finally reached her the following day and she informed me that I had put some wording in a form on my company website that was a HIPPA violation. I asked her why her or her little f****t hadn't called me to let me know about the mistake - I could have changed it in five minutes!! I had just put our website up a couple days before - because of an e-mail she sent to all the providers with All the providers names and e-mail addresses. 

     The wording was not a HIPPA violation at all - but then she said in was against their contract! BS!! Her sending an e-mail to all the providers giving all of them the names and e-mail addresses was clearly a HIPPA violation - not a couple names on an obscure website for Providers.

     Needless to say - they shut us down!! After five years in this business without any problems, they totally destroyed our lives!! We are out of business just like that!! 

     Logisticare receives Millions of dollars from the State of Missouri as a Broker to handle the Non Emergency Medical Transportation in this State. Logisticare and managers in St Louis do nothing but rip-off the people on Medicaid who they are being paid to provide transportation to!! It's totally Assinine!!

     They Discourage people from using the service and, many times will not provide the transportation for them. Yet, they still get paid their millions. To put it simply - they get the same amount of money whether they provide 1 trip a month or 1,000 ttrips! So what do you think they are going to do? They are going to provide as little service as they can so they make more money!! How stupid of the State(s) to let this tremendous rip-off happen!!!

     And then, to top it off - Logisticare has these low-life idiots Managing their office who love to Play God with people's lives. 

     I can't begin to say how hurt and angy I am!! I put Everything into this business. I was proud to perform the service to people - proud of our drivers and the people we had working for us. To handle the situation the way they did, they certainly Should Not be in the positions they are in - Not in This State - or any other!
