I found LogoYes online while looking for a free or inexpensive way to create a logo for my business. It was listed, on Google, as a free logo design software company so I went through the whole process of creating the logo which was fairly simple but, when I tried to download it, the site required that I pay $.99. Not only was it offering the logo, for this price, but it was also giving me a free year of website design and hosting so I decided to go ahead and do it.

This is where the problems started. The charge was declined so I checked my account, just to be sure the money was there which, of course, it was and then I called LogoYes. The rep told me that the problem is usually caused by the bank seeing a random $.99 charge coming from an online source and, wanting to be sure it wasn't a fraudulent charge, they probably put a hold on my account until it could be verified... Lucky for me, this was exactly the case only, instead of trying to charge me $.99, they'd tried to charge me $9.95... this is the typical monthly fee for the website but, as I was supposed to be getting a year free, I figured it must've been a mistake and called them back.

Now I've got more problems- I've got a rep telling me a COMPLETELY different story! Now the story is, they USED to verify funds on the account at the price that was showcased but NOW they verify the $9.95 because so many banks were refusing the $.99 charge as fraudulent.

Hmmm... just a little fishy, right? It gets better. I asked to speak with a manager so that I could get this problem resolved and was put on hold for a VERY long time. When the rep came back on the phone, it was to inform me that a manager wasn't available and he'd have to put in a request for one to call me back in 24-48 hours and he refused to allow me to just wait for someone because nobody would be available, at all, today!

This company is totally bogus! My best guess, they've gotten MANY people, who never even noticed, with that $9.95 charge and will continue to do so until they're stopped! Whether it's $10 or $100, I refuse to be scammed and don't want to see anyone else scammed either!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!

They also took $169 from my account. I already filed a claim with my bank, got a new debit card and reported it to every single consumer bureau I can reach. A Class action suit should be filed against these scammers. Their address is 12808 Gran Bay Parkway, West, Jacksonville, FL 32258 and they are part of web.com (Coincidentally I live in Jacksonville and my work place is close to their building, I'm thinking to go inside one day and ask them personally for my money!.).
