Long Buildings Mr.Long I have been pushed around by these pigs and thieves to much they came twice to pick up my shed and I had given them two post dated checks but I wasn't going to allow them to steal my christmas money so I stopped payment they came today in a different truck and very sneaky while I was sleeping without back up sounds and destroyed my property Smith Station Alabama

 Mike long lawyer just messed up in settleing by putting in the release that we would have to be responsible if our neighors try to sue him for the damaged him and his cronies did to our property. We said H*ll No and then his lawyer said all offers have been withdrawn but we will not dismiss the lawsuit agaisnt long. We are going to court on 07/02/2015 18 months of having to deal with this jerk and his bully insurance company auto owners who are nothing but criminals.

We will show the judge we tried to settle out of court but auto owners would not pay the extra $1,000 for my lawn mower. We are suing for $5,000 but auto owners doesn't want to pay it. We were going to accept the $3,000 but longs lawyer screwed it up by putting that in the release that we would be responsible to pay for our neighbors yard being and auto owners and mike long not being responsible.

Its also unfair the money should come from his own pocket not his insurance having to pay for it. This is how mike long should be punished for him and his cronies coming on our property and destroying our driveway and stealing our properry. There is no aledge wrongful reposession mike long intentional did what he did.  I do how ever find it quiet funny how he denies taking the shed and coming over here.

Well mike long can thank his lawyer and auto owners for them being so greedy that they wouldn't pay an extra $1,000. Well that is criminals for you protecting other criminals for not being held accountable and us receiving justice. This is pushing us around so they can withdraw the $3,000 settlement offer. We will not be bullied into anything. AND AUTO  OWNERS CAN KISS OFF.

Auto owners adjuster came back with a bad attitude with their lawyer coming back with a attitude saying the settlement stands. Even though we have been working trying not to be ugly auto owners became ugly and started throwing their weight around.  We are suing for $5,000 but auto owners only wants to pay $3,000.

We still have the upper hand and we was going to settle out of court but auto owners got ugly and a smart mouth hawtie attiture we are not settling out of court. And we will tell the judge what a hard time long and his insurance company gave us. We gave them the requested proof of purchase with the receipt and they would agree to pay the extra $1,000.   We would only settle for $4,000 even though we are suing $5,000.

Auto owners wants to be difficult well they will have to end up paying more money then by being greedy and not paying a extra $1,000 because they want me to sign the release also. They claim $3,000 covers everything even the lawn mower. They are the other side insurance company so they are throwing their weight around.

Well we can throw our weight around to by going to court. We will also get court order subpoena to force long to hand over to where he sold our property and to who.   Because he isn't willing to send it. Long has been difficult from the very beginning of this mess now his insurance is being a butt. The fact is their insured long messed up.

Long is only hurting himself and his business by not admitting what he did to us and for denying to the court he didn't. cause the damage to our driveway and for stealing our property and selling it. The more he fights the more bad will reflect on him.  Because we are not going to give up until we get justice.

He can spend all the money he wants on lawyers besides settling with us,  he can say he didn't steal our property but we have evidence that he did. And the judge will rule in our favor because of the damage he did to our yard and driveway and how he stole our property from inside the shed.

One lawyer has already withdrew from the case because he wasn't completely truthful to him. This new lawyer once he finds out the truth with quit to, because long is a dirtbag scumbag because he refusing to settle. And all he could had done was give our property back and it would had

Long and his lawyer are so dumb and stupid. Right after he obtained his lawyer i have been blocked from seeing his business facebook page. If long was so worried about my negative postings why didn't he have be blocked 6 months ago to stop be from writing anymore negative reviews. My BEEF is with long for him stealing my riding lawn mower and selling it.

 His lawyer asked on court day to have it continued. Well his lawyer don't scare me. Why did long lawyer inform him to block me when long could have done it when i made a review on his company page 6 months ago. The public already knows what he has done to us. So it don't make any since to block me now. That is how stupid him and his lawyer really are & his lawyer don't scare me because long committed a criminal act by damaging out yard and drive way and causing $10,000 worth of property damage.

 I'm not slandering him or making any of this up.  We trusted mike long and he betrayed our trust and I have the right to inform the public so they wouldn't have their property stolen or destroyed.  And we have a right to sue him in small claims court for the damages he and emitional problems he has caused us. I hate and despise him and his scumbag POS lawyerr. I don't care how much they don't like it.

Well long and his lawyer can't block me from here.

   Mike long said he sold my riding lawn mower and our stuff did not belong to the shed. We paid the payments to get caugh up from being behind. We paid him $375 last 04/2013 and we paid $150 09/2013 to catch up the payments we had missed.  All total payments we made for 2013 was $575 for 2013 by 2014 our financial situation had gotten better but he chose to take it and missed out getting the rest of the payments.

  We can sue him now for the damage he caused our property and since he sold our property for money we can now get a money judgement agaisnt him. Well mike long brought all this on himself if he hadn't of been so selfish and self centured unreasonable B****** and refusing to work with us.

 Since the old puke mike long wants to make me angry. He has pushed me over the edge with stealing my riding lawn mower and everything else we had in the shed. We will take his mean selfish self centured puke to small claims court.  Since he said he sold all our stuff that just pushed me over the edge.  This two people will not take being abused mike long or his cronies from long buildings.

   Mike long had 1 week back in Jan to return our property but he has refused.  He has also had 6 months and now he has had over 3 weeks since we put the lein on his property to settle this. But mike long is a mean selfish self centured A******. And then he had the nerve to lie to his insurance company that he came to our door to let us know he was there taking the shed.

 I can see why long is a nasty old man p**** and why he acts like a baby. The law and his insurance company auto owners don't pay the victims for who property he destroys or stole their stuff. I can see he has hired scumbags like him self because the people who helped us and was nice to us doesn't no longer work with him.

 My stuff did not deserve to get repossessed along with the shed. I had a riding lawn mower which was $1300. I don't have it anymore because of this old p***k.  And no he did not come to our door and ring the door bell the two times he came to our door. He had no intentions of letting us have our belongings from inside our shed. We don't have anything to keep our yard up anymore because of this p****.

I think people who do business with him are pure stupid. They don't know how long really is he fools people before he shows them his dark side.

 It seems the pig long has an influence here in phenix city. People from phenix city must purchase his buildings which is the reason why ken davis will not prosecute him, so there fore I have to move on without my riding lawn mower and my property inside the shed.

   It seems the private businesses in phenix city own ken davis so he will not help me get my property back from long. I traded my first shed for this new one in 2011 but had financial hardtimes with me losing my job and unemployment benefits in 03/2012.

 Why are the laws different from criminals who commit fraud, steal cars rob houses steal or damage property. How come the laws are different from when a business owner who does rent to own sheds are able to damage a home owners property and steal their belongings from inside the shed isn't criminal.

  How come it isn't a civil matter for the criminal they post on the phenix city facebook page. Why not let the victim take those criminals to small claims court or besides the police getting involved and arresting them if they don't go after, business owners who steal and damage home owners property and steal their belongings and then sell them like how long treated me. And how come it isn't a civil matter for these criminals but its a civil matter for me and the detective told me it was a felony because he stole over $500 of my stuff.

Then the district attorney ken davis refuses to prosecute because he says its a civil matter. Well why don't he call the other thefts of property and crimes a civil matter and stop his prosecution of those criminals the police post on facebook. Ken davis is discrimination  against me because I am a single female and he thinks I'm dumb!.

 I will be contacting the Alabama state attorney general and reporting what they are doing in phenix city. They are denying justice to people but ken davis is prosecuting people who are non business owners, and letting the business owners destroy home owners property and refusing to arrest them and steal their belongings if they are 6 months behind in payment. And which the lease/contract states long was suppose to give me a chance to get my belongings out of the shed.

   I will tell the attorney general office how ken davis is calling this a civil matter,  after how the police told me this was a felony that long committed when he stole and sold over $500 of my belongings. I will find out why I am being denied justice here and why long can't get away selling peoples stole property. The lease don't say he is entilted to sell my property that I worked and earned!.

  This is why the district attorney ken davis would not help me. The good old boys from phenix city Alabama hates women and single women at that. I was told last week by a detective at the phenix city police department that since Long stole over $500 worth of stuff that its a felony. How can the district attorney say its a civil matter.

 The district attorney only helps women who are married and favors business men like Long, that is why I am being denied justice here. They have some kind of hate toward single women who own a home the police and the district attorney. I really don't care if this makes ken davis mad he has sold me out because I am a single woman and refuses to proceed to prosecute Long.

  The phenix city district attorney is refusing to prosecute this case. The Lee county sheriff office says this is not a civil matter the Laws are all the same in all the counties. I already told the phenix city police that the phenix city da will not be the one prosecuting & I told them the Lee county sheriff office told me I had to file the warrant for Longs arrest because he stole my things because I had a phenix city address.

   The police told me that it was a felony warrant that I had to sign because he stole over $500 worth of stuff. The phenix city da is refusing to prosecute because he keeps claiming that its a civil matter, well the Lee county sheriff office don't say it is a civil matter.

   The Lee County sheriff office was all about ready to file a warranty when I told them I had a phenix city address. They told me to go to the phenix city police department to file the charges. Well I have signed the warrant but now the phenix city da refuses to proceed with having Long arrested because he keeps saying its a civil matter. I am being jerked around here and I'm getting tired of it.

   A crime was committed by Long when he stole my belongings and wouldn't give it back. I contacted long and he told me he has sold my stuff I also had a riding lawn mower. I have lost nearly all my belongings and I am being denied justice here. The Lee county district attorney will handle to prosecute Long that is what I keep trying to tell the detective at the phenix city police department,  but he don't seem to understand why I had to file the warrant with them.

  I had to file the warrant with them because it occured at a phenix city address, which is what they told me at the Lee County sherrif office. The phenix city district attorney refuses to let the police proceed to arrest long and transfer him to the Lee county jail so they can take it from their but he is denying me justice!. They seem to defend the business owner and not the consumer which is me!. They seem to favor business owners besides the custormer they are trying to screw over.

I am being jerked around here and I'm getting tired of it. The phenix city da refuses to prosecute Long for selling stolen property and I will never see my property and I am more poor all because they say its a civil matter. Well the Lee County sheriff office says its not a civil matter.

   Long brought this on himself he was showing me anger and what a scumbag he could be. He did not give me a chance to get my belongings out of the shed before he came and got it. I will file a suit in small claims court to recover my belongings and get the money back that I had to file to start the suit in small claims court.

These business people in phenix city prove they're garbage time and time again for how rotten they treat people!.

    He brought all this on himself because he is being stubborn and not letting me have my belongings back. I will never trust any rent to own BS they are all frauds and thieves. If they don't let you have your belongings back!.

 It has been confirmerd that Long did commit a crime when he took me belongings. My lawyer even called the state attorney general office that he stole my stuff and did it unlawfully when he didn't give me a chance to take my stuff out. Long did $6,000 of damage to my yard and drive way and he damaged my neighbors yard to, they saw him and how he took the shed.

   I want my riding lawn mower  back and my other belongings back it seems they're not willing to give me my stuff back, and they are ignoring my lawyers calls. I will just have to file a claim with my insurance company for my stolen property back.

    My insurance company says I am allowed to file a claim to get my damages paid for. Their lawyers will then go after Mr.Long and his cronies for the money they had to pay out!. I hope they do go after them,

  I was threaten with bodly harm from Mr.Long if I didn't call of the cops, and he had his helper show me his hammer and was going to hurt me badly. The police have turned a blind eye will not let me file a police report because they are in lee county for the lee county police to arrest them for threats and damaging my property.

I wasn't about to give them all my paycheck money my Christmas money and food money. I wasn't going to starve I can always get a shed from some where else. I can see why the guy who helped me back in 07/2013 and went to work for a different storage shed company. They are a bunch of dirty dog scumbags!.

     It is stated in the contract that I singed if in the event they come to pick up the shed, they have to send me a certified letter and requesting my signature.  Well they didn't give me that chance instead they chose to abuse me and push me around and damage my property and drive way. They pulled a sneaky way to get it without having the truck with the back up sounds.

    They have stolen my property inside the shed and I have got nothing!. They are a bunch of pigs running a business and mistreating people!. They decided to treat me wrong so,   I got a lawyer in on trying to get the shed and my stuff back!. They thought I was some stupid person but they found out I'm not. They wanted to be sneaky and embarass me in front of my neighbors well I got a lawyer.

   I don't want the storage unit back for the dirty way they treated me. They're nothing but low down scumbags to do what they did to me. They breached the peace damaged my yard and drive way & I will sue them for it!. My lawyer said he would! if he can't work out anything!.
