Parent Company, L'Oreal Lux Company name, EM Cosmetics Site full of glitches, Customer Service ineffective, Christmas dreams killed Internet

I am an IPSY subscriber and was so excited to try EM Cosmetics for Christmas. On black Friday I logged into the site to buy gifts for myself and family. First attepmt failed. I waited a few hours. Second attempt failed. I waited again. Third attempt failed. I contact them via email and go to bed.

I receive an e-mail (that was a no-reply) to try again. I try again. I fail again. I try the chat. I am told to wait until the final day of the sale to try again. I wait and try again the next day but it doesn't work. I send another email. Same no-reply response. I wait til the last day of the sale, FOUR days later and the site finally works.

This week I start to wonder where my package is. It has not even been processed, I find out on Monday. I ask if I will get it when I was promised. I am told they can't promise anything.

The real issue is that when I asked to speak with a supervisor via chat, I was told to call a number. The woman at the number told me they would call me back in a few days. She refused to give me the contact information (address, e-mail, number) of any upper management.

EM Cosmetics might be the best make-up in the world but for the cost and the customer service, stay far far away! Shame on L'Oreal for allowing this.
