The Lotus Lounge DC Aka David Mcleod has been placed for collections/litigation with my firm, case # 681.661 for the amount of $2754.48. This debtor has owed this money for over 6 months and has made no payment, therefore he was placed for collections, litigation with Asset Collections Inc Portland OR. My client is an electronics supplier and has bent over backward to help this company, now they ripped them off, and refuse to pay or respond.
I am forming a creditors committee against this company, so if they also owe you money, contact Asset Collection Inc Portland OR. I'll be happy to add you to the list, and force this debtor to pay.
If this case is resolved I will notate the file and this complaint accordingly. To date, No money has been paid, and the collectors/attorneys are pursuing this to the fullest extent.
