lowes home improvment bad check company certegy sent our check to certery now no one will take our checks had plenty of money in our account now we can,t cash our checks sandy, Utah

went to Lowes home improvment wrote a com. check some cut the bar code off the bottom of the check so lowes sent the check to certegy there recovery service. they said there wasn't enough money in our account, but there was plenty.!!!!!!  now we have called lowes they say there is nothing they can do, called certegy they said we had to pay the check and a $20 BACK CHECK FEE. we have gone to the bank they called certegy told them plenty off money gave them the

routing # and account # but went to get some medicine for our grangson who is really  really sick with the flu snd target would not take our check because certegy put out that we write BAD CHECKS  we have been in bussiness for 30 years and have never written a BAD CHECK.  they have everything they need to take it off but they are telkling us it takes 5 to 7 days o take it off.  This is not our fault some one cut off the bottom of the check ans now we can not any checks. We don't have a debit card and don't want one. Every one has made the mistakes and we are the ones who are paying for it. please help us  thank you
