Store Manager Todd like all other management is trained by company to rip off folks - looks like Lowes management training consists purely of learning excuses why they can't provide good customers services and that's perfectly alright to scam customers and steal their money Bought products at out of state Lowes and brought them back to Texas and then discovered I couldn't use them so I returned them to store for a refund- at least so I thought Todd, the very rude and unproffesional refused, the excuse: he don't carry that product at that store do he won't take it back despite these are "Lowes exclusives" So be ware - don't buy products at Lowes - first of all you can find better prices and product on most everything on line or at (((REDACTED))), still well ahead of Slowes, in pretty much all aspects from products, to knowledgeably and friendly management, and expect to bring them back elsewhere as the local manager decides if you can or not. Customer is deemed to be least of their concern .

Your report makes no sense at all!! I am glad that Robert could figure it out because this is nothing but mumbo jumbo.  I shop at Lowes alll the time and have had not ONE problem returning anything!!! YOU bought things in another state correct??? Then you wanted to return them at a store that does not carry them - YOU are trying to rip off the store!!! Get a life and stop trying to blame this manager for your mistake.

Wrong...

Not only are you wrong about them being a thief, you are also probably not telling the full story here.

First of all they did not "steal" any money from you.  You purchased some merchandise from them.  You then decided to return the time.  They did not allow you to return the item.  This is not stealing...as you still have the item.

But it is very unlikely you have failed to tell the entire story.  The fact that you used the terms "Lowes Exclusive" says that it is very unlikely that you had a receipt and are trying to use that as an excuse as to why you should be allowed to return it.   So let me ask you this.  What proof do you have that you actually bought it or what price you paid?

It is interesting how you failed to also mention what type of thing you were trying to return, how long you had it, or how much you paid for it.  Because even if you say you had the receipt, I would bet that you were trying to return something outside of their return period.

But in the end if you still really think that they stole your money, then why don't you go to the police?  After all you are accusing them of a criminal act.  Oh and when you do let us know what they said.
