lowes kraftmaid cabinets redress middlefield, Ohio

we prepaid lowes, goodyear az. for kraftmaid cabinets(kitchen and bath) over 9000 $. one day install began 4-11-12. items were damaged(mars, scratches, missing bumpers, pit marks, cracked screw holes and indentations). bath cabinet would not fit. we have NO kitchen, bath,appliances, counters or water! prepaid appliances, custom granite sink and fixtures can not be installed. replacement cabinets arrived 4-25-12! these are worse than others! we are forced to eat out daily because we can not use kitchen this cost will be redressed by lowes/ kraftmaid! wife has waited 45 years for a cherry kitchen! we are destroyed  psychologly by this situation! seamless and simple( lowes/ kraftmain mission statement in part)I THINK NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
