I met Lloyd Segal from my loan broker. He needed some funding for a restaurant he was building. The loan broker did not check his background. I showed the paperwork to my lawyer who also did not check his background. If they had only checked his record as an attorney they would have found tht Lloyd Segal had a long record of criminal behavior and was disbarred,
What I did not know was Lloyed Segal was waiting prison for various felonies. I lost my entire investment.
