They charge too much. They posted it's $10 haircut for women & yet the lady charged me $25. I asked her why & she said bcoz she shampooed me. If I knew, I wouldn't have let her do it. I even gave them $4 tip, which I regret & shouldn't have done since they overcharged me. I went back the next day to voice out my complaint about them overcharging me & the manager said because I was shampooed & blow dried that I pay extra on top of $10. The other hair stylist even commented that I am cheap which really pissed me off. They said they were gonna refund $3 but not in cash but with a gift voucher which I can use when I come back. I didn't accept & I told them I'm never gonna go back to this crappy place again. Worst hair salon I've been to. Feeling angry. :/

+JMJ+ I was the one who wrote this complaint and now I wanted to make things right. What I said was true but then I was too proud back then. I should have just understood and accepted when they charged me more since I received more than a hair cut. I would like to say sorry to LT hair care for having done what I did. Most especially, I am sorry to our Lord Jesus for having sinned by calumniating/detracting. I only have gone to LT hair care that one time and I should have not judged them rashly just because I am too proud. May God forgive me. And I wish LT hair care success in their business.

I have been going to LT hair for as long as it has been open..many many years and it is a great place to get a great cut..the person who wrote the negative comment makes no sense.. of course a hair cut is different then a hair cut shampoo and blowdry..why would you ever thing you could get all of that for 10.00...lt hair is definitely resonably priced and Lynn is wonderful. I definitely recommend LT hair to everyone and do all the time!
