So mr luis with buyers choice is as big a scam artist as fake as they come he appears legit when you see him clean cut talks proper but talking is the only thing he does good inspection is not his thing he missed out on two huge things in my house 1 the house that I bought had a massive mold problem the kitchen cabinets were detroiated due to how long the mold had been sitting there the Realestate agent / seller of property covered this problem up emad with la rosa realty witch because of this I'm meeting with a lawyer on Monday so back to Luis Luis failed to let me know that the cabinets were rescimmed and  with all his years of inspection he should of know that this is a sign of water damage had we of known that we could have dug a little deeper but to be honest the mold was so bad that if he would of done his job and used a flashlight he would have saw mold all in the cabinet as a buyer we trust our inspector to work for us to have our back this guy does not as a matter of fact he takes no fault about this he says he preformed dry test and all these things and that his company assumes no liabilty if they tell you the house is good and you buy it and it falls apart expect Luis to be no where around he is a independent contractor with buyers choice therefore he answer to nobody I hope that you do your research and never ever ever use this clown you will be just like me with no kitchen and no stove a week after you move in kids crying and guess what  he will even tell you your unprofessional for asking him questions about his job I'm all for the independent but this right here is a scam and I'm going to after his license cause there's nothing like going into Christmas and the holidays with not kitchen and no stove happy holidays everyone.
