Any topical moisture that gets on this flooring will seep through the joints and it will swell at that point. You cannot have any liquid on, or high moisture near this flooring as it will warp and swell and Lumber Liquidators says that it is all your fault.
When I purchased thos product I was referred to one of their contractors for installation and told that I could not leave the product at the store. Their return policy is 30 days, and it was forty days before the contracter could install.
I complained about the swelling problem a few months after installation as it progressively got worse as timewent by and we continued to live on it.
Lumber Liquidators then hired a flooring inspector who's report stated he detected pet urine under my dining room table, as a cause of swelling there is no swelling under my dining room table. In fact the place that he checked was in the middle of another room that unfortunately had a spill area that was swelled but not with pet urine.
He also blamed some of the defects on installation stating that it was incorrectly done.
What about doing business responsibly, in such a way that the consumer is warned what could happen by using certain products in living areas of your home and not wait until after you have paid them to say that YOU the consumer is at fault?
What about selling a product that won't do this instead of selling something that is inferior? Making a profit and then blaming the consumer for not reading their warranty. Why should I read a warranty from such a reputablecompany as Lumber Liquidators? They should be forthright and upfront about what kind of product they are selling!! CONSUMER BEWARE!!!

Yet again another consumer wishes to blame someone else for their mistakes. With your closing statement on your post you show yourself to be lazy and irresposable. IT IS YOUR RESPONSABILITY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND YOUR RIGHTS!! You seek to blame this company for what is your fault. YOU DID NOT READ THE WARRENTY. YOU DO NOT ACCEPT RESPOSABILITY FOR THE DAMAGES TO YOUR OWN FLOOR. YOU PASS THE BUCK TO THE COMPANY WHEN ITS ALL ON YOU!!
Accept the fact that you put yourself into this position and quit trying to find someone else to blame for what you have caused. The store DID NOT walk on your floor everyday. The store DID NOT spill fluids on your floor. These are all things that you as a consumer did. YOU USED YOUR FLOOR as you should. But ultimatly it was your descion to go with this flooring. YOU paid for it and it was your responsability to maintain its upkeep.

Yes I am responsible for "living" on this floor. Yes I may be responsible for the warping. What my report was ablout was not MY responsibilty, but the responsibility of LL to let their customers know how various flooring applications will respond to "living on this flooring."
I was not informed at the time of this purchase that ANY liquid that touches the joints of this flooring will cause it to swell at that point. This swelling does not shrink nor go away with time.
I may be responsible for the swelling but I am not responsible for the way that LL does business by not telling their customers of conditions that can damage their product all in the name of making money.
And you sir, need to stop yelling on the internet and read the rules for reporting and posting rebuttals, by the way why are you soooo angry with my report?
