Luminess Air Luminess Direct LLC Deceptive advertising and false enrollment Internet

  Purchased a Luminess Air makeup system on GMA special offer. No where did I sign on for additional makeup to be sent through the mail-However shipments of makeup started to arrive on a monthly basis.  I did not open them or use them but because I was very ill I was unable to call them.When I did call them  and tell them I never ordered these shipments and wanted to return them they refused. I was put on hold several times(waiting to speak to different supervisors)and basically they refused refunds and returns.    Was given a lot of run around,very very poor customer service to say the least. I told them of my health situation and inabilty to use or refuse these products but I have never ever dealt with such a company. BuyerBeware do not get involved with this company!!!
