I paid for shipping for a trial offer of anti aging cream.  I was later billed 98.00 for the skin cream and 99.00 for the eye cream.  I call both complanies at Bella 877-494-9595 and Luminious at 877-497-1088 to ask for a refund.  I offered to send the two products back and was told by both companies they could not accept the products back.  I told them I was not aware I would be charged 100 for the product I thought was a free trial.  I was belittled and breated by both companies.  I had to practically beg before I finally got the eye cream company to give me a full refund.  I waas admonished for checking the box without realizing what it was I checked by them.  The skin cream company was absolutely the worst.  The "Supervisor" refused to let me speak with his supervisor and was very condescending and said there was no way I was going to get a refund at all.  At one point he said he would give me a 50% refund but if I refused that he would not give me anything.  I explained I was reporting this businees to the Kansas Attorney General and Better Business Bureau and he said go ahead we will still get your money.  I am never making another online/website/TV informercial purchase again!!! Absolutely the worst customer service experience.  I had to put a stop payent and dispute the charges for the 98.00 with my bank.  I was told if I called back he would have all the calls sent to him and I would not be allowed to speak with anyone other than him and he was the supervisor and there was no one else I could speak with. Wow!
