On March 8, 2013 a salesman by the name of Hassain Fezan came to my house to sell me a floor for my hall bathroom. I told him I wanted a  wood floor and he told me that type floor would not work in a bathroom. I asked Mr Hassain what type of floor he would suggest for a bathroom.

He suggested Laminate, Majestic Grandeur color, Rocklyn.

The installation day was set up for 3/12/2013 but on this date the floor had not come in so sometime around the end of March 2013 the floor was installed.

In June I noticed the tiles were seperating and leaving big gaps between the tiles like they did not have space to expand and contract..

I called Lunar Carpet customer service on June 3, 2013 and customer service said they would send someone to look at it. Someone came to my house a few days afterwards and talked with my husband heasked my husband if we had any tiles left over and said someone would get back to us. On the 18th of June 2013 Customer Service called to say we had water damage in our bathroom but I explained that this bathroom is used for guest we do not use it for showers or baths we use the bath off of our bedroom, because only myself and my husband live here and I had no leaks in  this bathroom. Before I had the new floor put in I had a wood floor in there they only thing wrong with the wood floor was that it was old and was not installed by a profesional but it was not wraping from moister. Customer Service told me I needed a plumer.

On June 20, 2013 Customer Service called me at work and told me they would repair my floor for $682.00 I paid $800.00 for the floor. I think this is a ripoff.
