Lunar Sleep I called & canceled on 14th day, they charged me $84.99, no refund & wouldn't let me talk 2 a supervisor. Internet

I decided to try lunar sleep because I have problems sleeping & I thought it would help but to my surprise it didn't. I ordered it on July 2,2014 & received it on July 5,2014. I called to cancel on July 16th, which was exactly 14 days. Obviously this company doesn't know how to do math correctly or know how to word things for the consumer to understand.

When I contacted the company to cancel, the guy was in a hurry to get me off the phone & really didn't care that my checking account was charged. I told him that I was canceling on the 14th day & he said technically it was the 15th day because they count the day the order was made day 1.

In conclusion, if I would of known about Ripoff Report & read their article, I would of never tried lunar sleep. My family is considered low income & can't afford an $85 product, especially one that doesn't work. If the problem doesn't get resolved, I'll have to take it as a loss & a lesson learned but at least I'll get my story out there so it don't happen to anyone else.
