Fraudulant email ....again he's trying to get credit card info by using links...don't ever go to these links as they ask for personal info. This occurred on July 16, 2006. Can't believe he is still trying this scheme. Paypal is aware.

LWPELECTRONICS/ BILL CHANG i just received an email in my junk mail and i was concerned because it said i had confirmed a paypal purchase for $474.99 for a NOKIA cellphone.. i do not use paypal, it is obvious that this is a scam...how is this person continuing to get away with this? i will use the advice on this website and call my bank..
