 I purchased a 99.99 gold pack from Mz. Never received it. Emailed them and finally got a response 24 hours later. Told me to log out of Game of War and out of Google play. They told me that this was all Google plays fault that they lag and if I had anymore issues to contact them back. Well I did all that. Emailed them back. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Never got my pack. Also didn't hear back from them. So I gave Mz a call. Well they don't have a call center. Just an answering service that tells you to email them if you need customer service. What a joke! I called Google play. They explained that they are only the platform that Mz uses to sell the packs they offer for android. Just like i-tunes for apple. Konrad was super helpful and apologetic on behalf of Mz. He even gave me my money back out of Google's pocket for the mess up and frustration that I was going through. So Mz technically still has my money and I have never received a pack from them. They have replied finally stating that they saw Google gave me my money back and that was the end of that. They haven't answered as to why they allowed Google to take responsibility for them. Nobody from there has offered to make it right. I have invested over 600.00 alone in my accounts. Not to mention what my husband and daughter and room mates have spent. I now know how Mz has made its billions. They steal it! The worst customer support I have ever had. You'd think they'd be more happy to help when people are dropping loads of cash on this game. Well I won't spend another dime and neither will my husband, daughter or roommates.

 If YOU want to come on HERE being a smart butt I would suggest learning how to spell otherwise you just look like a kid throwing a hissy fit that someone had the nerve to say something bad about your only friend, MZ's games! Just because phones came along to make life easier doesn't mean you should be lazy and leave out proper punctuation. Well, unless you are that "no child left behind" who made the whole class be behind then it isn't the phone. If MZ had no control over payments and such they certain wouldn't have been able to see the payment in their system. It obviously made it to their system and not her account! It is solely MZ's problem. As a business, they are to handle the customer inquiries properly and actually reply. I know 100% that they don't reply if they don't want to. I know for a fact that they scam people. I know for a fact that their customer service representatives don't read the messages before replying. I have an inbox full of unrelated responses that were not computer generated They're idiots.

 I have followed through with multiple emails. Yes goggle refunded the money but it isn't their obligation to pay it back. They only provide a service in which you pay Mz for. Mz gets the cash. Just like i-tunes provides the same service for many other apps. So, NO!! I am not the problem. Especially when I have emailed them and they refuse to email back. Thanks for your opinion!!

 Did you follow the process through email?? Just because there isnt a number doesnt mean that YOUR email is going to be ignored. Everytime I have an issue with a in app purchase I follow the process as THEY have detailed it. If YOU havent tried to resolve it through the system they have setup then YOU are the problem and NOT them. Just because computes made our lives easier doesnt mean that THEY are NOT failable. These things happen and its NOT a ripoff!! It IS the cost of using computers. Maybe YOU should follow the process THEY setup. YOU already have your money back TECHNICALLY. Kinda funny that Google would give the money back IF they didnt already KNOW that thier verification system has screwed up your purchase.
