Macy's American Express Macys American Express Processed and Pocketed $4267 from Us and Refuses to Credit our Account Columbus Ohio

My wife and I made a payment via cashier's check for $4267.00 in early June of 2014. The check was cashed and processed on June 21, 2014. We have contacted Macy's American Express over 15 times these past few months, and they have reassured us that our account will be credited $4267. However, they still have not credited our account. We are always passed around from one person to another on the telephone and provided vague responses to our questions. At this point we can only assume our money has been stolen. Macy's American Express is not crediting our account and not issuing a refund, and we have provided proof via fax and USPS mail (we have proof of mailing and receipt as well) to prove they have processed and pocketed our money.
