macys fraud to a credit card Los angeles, California

during this date 30/01/2012 someone made a purchase of $ 250 dollars  in gift cards without my authorization. also in February 28 2012 also this problem happen again they made another purchase of $150 dollars. i reported it to macys  company. in April  3 2012  they send me just $150 back. but i still missing the $250. and the problem is the i don't understand why this people are buying without my authorization because even that i had my card they can use by the time that they made this transcriptions. also a made a report to the police office because i didn't  receive any notification from macys fraud department until June 15 2012. sincerely Maria Montalvo Los Angeles, Ca 90057
