magic jack magic jack plus in a nutshell,they want me to renew my account,when i already paid for 60 months of use;i have only used 13 months.it seems i cancelled the new magic jack plus,instead of the old one,and they refuse Internet

they want me to pay to get it to work again,simply because i accidently canceled the wrong jack,even though they are paid for.after spending nearly two hours online talking to their worthless helpers,i got nowhere!i'm furious!
