Now this is over 2,000 complaints with magic jack and what has been done? nothing!! How can consumer affairs, the government and the BBB   HAVE DONE NOTHING ABOUT e paid for a magic jack, hundreds in interbational minutes ,and fibve {5} years of service and i was online with them and my magic jack cannot be fixed .They keep me on for hours, lie to me make me wait and then they close.itold them thst i have had enough.They refused to refund my money, the techs are very stupid andv this man is making millions wgile ripping off all of us.Iwant an attorney to work with all of us and file a class action suit against this man and his company. It is downright theft of service, theft by deception and he comntinues to operate.if you want my opinion it was better then AT&T and other phone companies took care of all our telecommunications needs. Icannot even describe the anguish i feel the tears the frustration i have becuase htis company get´s away with murder. Like everyone else i was suckered in thinking that this is great.However there is no such thing as a pir in the sky,Please someone help me with this.
