First they mixed my account up with my, now dead for 2 years, brothers acct. He evidentally owed them money.
They than canceled operation of my MJ device, do to their mixup. They can do this on line to your device if it's plugged in.
All of that was probably done on purpose to try and extort money from me.
They than said my MJ could not be reactivated (A lie), that I'd now have to pay for shipping of a new device.
Paid them about $10.99 for this, last year.
When contract ran out recently they recharged for another year to my Bank Card. Without MY authorization.
When contacted by my Bank Rep. they tried to claim I had put auto renewal on the account, which is another complete lie.
Do not do business with this lying company and their dishonest lying reps.
