I have a magic Jack plus and have never had a problem. The first time my internet went down I had to contact customer service and they told me all I had to do was unplugg the power from the unit and wait 30 seconds and plug it back up. And customer service is located on the bottom of their home page. Click it and you can get to a live customer service agent.
