MagicJack is a great telephone service; however, their television ads say ther annual fe is $19.95. That fee is included in the price of the phone initially. When I tried to renew for another year, they wanted $29.95. It is time for me to renew and I probably will. The $29.95 rate is not phohibitively high but they should not increase the rate without informing the customer. Neither should they continue to advertise their annual fee as $19.95.
