Don Hay and Cathy Hay are scam artists.
Paul Hay and Bart Puett are also scam artists.
Cathy Hay calls herself "Navy Brat". What navy brat? She was a former Maid Brigade failed franchisee. She lost money in her Maid Brigade business. Eventually she jumped on Don Hay's bed.
Several years in Maid Brigade business, make no income but lost over $100K.
Maid Brigade's franchise agreement is an extortion-like legal contract. They also threaten us to use of frivolous lawsuits to coerce the franchisees to sign any Franchise Termination agreements.
Janitorial and maid service franchises are scams. It may work for few locations, but I guarantee it does not work for majority locations. They make you sign Franchise Agreement to guarantee their income, not your income.
I hope one day the federal court will force their maid service franchise companies to share profit and burden.
