Steve Yun, owner of this debacle of a company, has to be the most unscrupulous person with whom I have ever dealt. My recent experience with Expert Maids is just one of dozens of nightmares I have read about them. All saying the same thing; poor service, not cleaning as promised, and the owner not caring one bit about the customer or even attempting to make things right. I was told by him that if I wanted the maid to come back out and fix what wasn't done properly, I would have to pay again. Nothing like saying "yeah, it was our screw up but guess what? you have to pay for it and pay again for us to make it right". Do I expect perfection? Absolutely not. I am aware that there may be some little things missed here and there. But entire floors not mopped, counters not cleaned, surfaces undusted, dust and dirt left under tables and behind couches is stuff that should be addressed even in routine cleanings. And this was supposed to be "a very deep, thorough cleaning" as so enthusiastically described by the Account Manager who coordinates the maids cleaning schedules. In our current economic downturn, there are many honest business owners struggling and many having to close their doors, while this guy remains "free at large" to continue ripping off hardworking Southern Californians, who thought they were paying someone for what was supposed to be a job very well done. It's a disgrace to any hard working American.
