Major World USA They are total scam artist,unprofessional,unethical,lack morale, and ethics in business, sold me one car that was faulty wired- almost lost my life, then when I came to give it back they in turn didnt wanted to take it. Long Island City New York
They sold me a vehicle that was literally a death trap- the car had multiple disconnected wiring beneath the console and where the brake/gas pedals were located.. i can count on both hands- how many times the car would just cut off, or would just completely stop in the middle of driving. I called them a number of times, would be put on hold for the next available rep., was given fictictious names, when I would go in person and ask for the name that was given- I was told that there was no such person by that name working here. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
I took the car back (2003) Kia Sorrento. At that moment, livid, angry, upset, outraged, I just wanted my money back, wanted nothing to do with the MajorWorldUSA brand, and was then bamboozled into a replacement vehicle, after being told i was not going to get my money back, for...here it comes...the blame game....the pointing of the fingers...."It (the car) the belongs to the banks, and we (MajorWorld) are just the salesman....BULL@#@*.Please excuse me!!! The way they operate- such scam artist.... Actually the day, I went in to purchase a car was on a weekend, mind you...they had no problems with taking my coins (money), now to get it serviced, I went on a weekend day as well., arrived as early as a lil bit before 7am didnt leave until roughly around 5-6pm, to be told I was going to have to come during the weekdays to get service, and wait for it.... this car was never supposed to been sold to me, for it needed a lot of work. R U KIDDING ME... after all the phone calls to DINO, HUGO, MELISSA, YOHANNA, the list goes on...I can name 'em???I was told I DONT HAVE WARRANTY, which was hard to believe, for when I bought in the vehicle to have it serviced, it was within the second month after purchasing/financing said vehicle. GAMES...They dont honor their products...Let's move on to now the replacement vehicle (2008) Saturn Vue, with its filthy interior, floormats, and defective components. This car was a nightmare..I didn't want it, remember, I wanted nothing more to do with the MajorWorld brand after the first disaster. So as a reconciliation, they gave me the replacement which failed to meet inspection requirements- they wanted to put down like $2000.00. It's sooooooo much.I ended up returning the car, due to it not being able to pass inspection for it needed a part/parts that was to be covered by warranty, at which they didn't want to honor as with the other car.I VOLUNTARILY gave the car in.I was shocked now to be getting calls from a third party collecting agency, and not to mention an invoice stating I, now am to pay the difference after the vehicle has been auctioned off..They want me to pay the difference in what if calculated right is to be the full amount of the car when it was given to me... The Kelly Blue Book value is far less than what MajorWorld is trying to have me pay...with the filthy interior/floormats, malfunctioning components, etc....BAIT & SWITCH SCAMMERS....I can go on & on....just the thought of/hearing the name of ___________, makes me cringe- it really does give me the heeebie jeeeebies
