Malcolm D Hampton do not want to pay $7500, he did not pay rent for June 2011, July 2011, August 2011, September 2011, October 2011, he lost Small Claim in the Superior Court of California for $7500 and he still do not want to pay and he still do not want to leave the Rental Property, be very careful with this Person not to ripoff you too.

All he said not true, it is excused to live in my Property for free until the POLICE kick him out, not rent paid June 2011, July 2011, August 2011, September 2011, The home still My Property. Note: The Neighbors around the Property do not like him too. worst tenant ever have, he lives in Motorhome too. Ok for the last time Jose You did not pay the moragage not because of me you quit paying in october 2010 i was notified in may of 2011 that the house was going to auction. i called you and told you and you said dont worry if the bank gets the house i would get 30 days to move now who wants to live knowing the bank may knock on the door at any minuite? in the mean time jose called and threatened me saing he was going to ruin me and my business by putting stuff on the internet if i didnt pay him right then because he needed the money to pay his bills. I told him i would call my attorney and i did my attorney told me to find a place to move and settle up with Jose when i move out since he was broke he proabley wont have the money to pay me the deposit back. By then Jose made the false post against my company and me so from there the fight was on. he tried to break in after i told him i would not be there the police were called then he had the water company turn the water off that is illegal by the way.
My company will be sueing him for the things he said that are not true. I am sueing him as well I have the money to pay the rent and buy the house but i will not be threatened by anyone I warned you Jose not to jack with me and i ment it you try to ruin my company and me but you sir made a big mistake as I will drag you thru every court in the USA and that is my legal right.

If you can afford to buy the house then you can certainly afford to pay the rent. You are nothing but a deadbeat that thinks the world owes them a free ride. Pay the guy.

It does matter if he has a lease he has no intentions of living up to. I will be going to the sale to buy the house from the bank and who asked you to chime in. its not the money its the principal its guys like him that has the economy in the shape its in and the banks in trouble. hes the deadbeat.

Malcolm D Hampton wanted to buy my home, I gave him chanse to buy my home and after the bank approved the Sale, he did not have money to buy the home, I had to stop paying the bank so he can get the home, Now, I have to pay alot fees to the bank because of him, I ask him to help me to show my house to other buyers and he wont do it,
Now, He have June 2011, July 2011, August 2011 and September 2011 not paying rent, he hired a lawyer to fight the eviction, so he can stay longer in my rental home without paying rent, he uses the excuse of I m not paying the bank so he is not paying rent,
He is the worst tenant a ever have, If he is not happy with my situation, why he do not leave? it is excuse to have free rent
Be very careful everybody with Malcolm, he can do damage to you too, he has a dog living inside my home as my neighbors said, the rental agreement says not pets allow inside the house, I hope my home still new condition like before he move in the house,
Now, he wants to fight me, inviting me to go his home, WOW, what kind of person is him

It DOE NOT MATTER if the home owner is behind on mortgage payments or not, you as a TENANT must pay him the rent that is due. No tenant lives in a rental for free-this is a lesson that any civil court will teach you deadbeat!!!
Until the house is actually foreclosed or sold, the landlord is entitled to RENT. I know, I own rental units.

Malcolm D Hampton called me liar, I can not beleive it, He has June 2011, July 2011, August 2011, not Payed Rent, he hired a lawyer to fight eviction so he can live in my Property for free, he is doing everything he can stay until the Police kick him out, and It cost me alot of money to fight back his Lawyer, My home is for short sale and he do not alow me to Sale, you can ask my Realtor Jodi 916 220 0517 for 102 Starr Count, Lincoln, Ca, or verify on line about my home.
