Why is Michael Nazerian running Maple Terrace with incompetent management?

Ms. Broad had her parental rights terminated to her two children while one was an infant and the other a 5 years old in Mississippi due to violence.

Ms. Broad is a named defendant in a lawsuit that resulted in the death of a 7 year old boy due to her incompetence after Ms. Broad and her buddy, Ms. Hedge threw a pool party that featured liquor and overcrowded conditions.  The suit reports that Ms. Broad spoiled evidence including 8-12 photos and 3 handwritten statements from witnesses to cover herself.  How is this acceptable Mr. Nazerian?

Ms. Broad worked as a manager in a pizza joint.  Ms. Broad worked in public housing that resulted in the death and lawsuit as described above.  Is this an acceptable resume Mr. Nazerian?

Ms. Broad has failed to keep Maple Terrace up to code.  The pool has been repeatedly closed and the a/c and heat are out all the time to the point that the City of Dallas has stepped in.  (See Dallas County Code Enforcement Public Records.)

Ms. Broad brought along with her to Maple Terrace, Ms. Margret Truett Hedge, who has a criminal record.  Ms. Hedge can be seen outside of the building regularly drinking and smoking.  Ms. Truett Hedge has a criminal record, but is regularly afforded to have access to tenants apartments and the leasing office.  Ms. Broad and Ms. Hedge live together and have fraudulently introduced themselves as sisters.  Both regularly host parties with questionable guests, many from the public housing complex.

Ms. Broad and Ms. Hedge throw pool parties and invite public housing persons to attend making the conditions by the pool dangerous, low brow, and noisy.  Ms. Broad sees no problem in purchasing beer pong inflatable rafts to encourage drunkeness and to entertain her trashy companions.

Why are the residents being subjected to this???  Mr. Nazerian is aware of all of this as tenants have produced documents to him and submitted written complaints, but still he puts Maple Terrace tenants in harms way.  The tenants are so angry that they have started a Facebook page to vent grievances.  Ms. Nazerian take responsibility and get rid of incompetent management at Maple Terrace Apartments.
