I was checking my credit report and I see this company on it saying that i have an open balance and my credit report got affected big time. They never answer their calls, and i want to know what to do. how they got my information and i want to stop them.

I sued this scum bag collection agency and WON - did they pay my judgement - NO
Dispute the charge with the credit bureau
Ryan Gambill is a scumbag - he is the owner of this worthless "company"
go to www.budhibbs.com and find out how worthless these lowlifes are
They called me and said they were CPS
"Michelle Black" told me if I did not pay this "debt" I would be arrested, my office computers would be confiscated, I would be fired from my job, my parents would be hunted down and arrested while on vacation etc etc
Did I learn my lesson about my rights after that
Dispute this bogus action and then kick em where is hurts -
Oh "Mr" Gambill takes home over 8 grand a month and hides his assets
