maravilla properties slum lord cares less on black mold issues the dalles, Oregon

I moved into this rental in The Dalles Oregon 7-22-11. I was in a rush to find a house and I picked one of the worst rentals. An abandoned rental that went into business with Karen Maravilla( slum lord of the year ). First glace it was nice- there were no visible problems. Only complaint was a smelly odor and lots of water in the fridge. So after I get moved in and all money is paid, here the problems roll. #1 black mold covering much of the fridge. #2 notified landlord and she wanted me to clean it and take $50 off first months rent. It was so bad I refused to touch it. Even after a professional service has been to thoroughly clean fridge. about 3 weeks later my fridge light cover falls off. Mold in unreached areas. Also along bottom underside. #3 I call my landlord to notify of repairs at the house- mold being specific and I get yelled at lied to and hung up on. #4 matinence form filled out with black mold specifically written- landlord scribbles it out. #5 I go to give her my wishes to vacate on paper with my reason and she was literally gocking out the window dancing as me and my sister drove off.
