i do not want to go into details. In my opinion this attorney lacks decency, morals and character. I believe It is because of professionals like him that the people in this country have lost trust in the legal profession and judicial system.
His goals and objectives are clear to me, MONEY, MONEY, MONEY, no matter who he hurts, the lies he tells or excuses he makes I am of the opinion that he should not be allowed to practice law.
I recommend staying away from Marc Barmet an attorney with the Furr Cohen law firm in Boca Raton Fl. Do not let his innocent looks fool you into buying his line. I believe the man is a danger to his clients.

I am the author of the original report where I gave an opinion of the integrity of Mr. Barmat. This was an unfair assessment. I was very angry about my personal situation and at the time believed that Mr. Barmat was doing everything he could to continue the case so that he could earn fees and upset me.
I learned that Mr. Barmat did his job and followed proceures that one in his position is required to. I also learned that he was driven and pushed by some very unreasonable and crazy adversaries that essentially would have only been satisfied if I would somehow cease to exist. This was not and is not his fault.
My anger caused me to react emotionally as oppossed to being able to grasp the truth about the bankruptcy process and the job of the US Trustee and his representative. I unfairly lashed out at Barmat and Furr where the problems being created were clearly not of their doing.
In retrospect, Mr. Barmatt and Furr and Cohen behaved with integrity and great restraint. I was not a nice person in dealing with them and I am sure that other Trustee's would have taken adverse action. Mr Barmat and Mr. Furr did not do that. They understood that I was in a fragile emotional state and worked with my attorney in doing all they could in helping get my emotions under control.
Mr. Barmat is a great attorney, fair and honorable. He is a gentlemen that did not deserve the personal attack that I unleashed on him. I apologise for that and personally recommend that anyone that needs a great attorney and a good human being contact him.
Lastly, he was personally instrumental in working with me and my adversaries in arranging a comprehensive settlement which finally ended this nightmare that I have lived.
