Marc J. Kerschner - Keyes Realty Unprofessional real estate agent refuses to submit offers Wellington Florida

This report is without merit. The individual who filed the report is lashing out because his offer on a property was not accepted. In fact he put forth an offer which was after another offer (and substantially higher) on the property was accepted.  His original offer was held as a backup offer in case the property returned to the market. 

I explained this to Mr Murphy, however he continued to send offers every few weeks to me, by email and with text messages.  After about the 10th subsequent offer, and telling him repeatedly to cease sending offers he accused me of not submitting his offers.  You cannot submit an offer if is under contract. 

Mr. Murphy did not listen or honor my requests to stop sending offers and to stop texting.  He continue to SPAM and harass me through continued emails and texts. Yes, I got mad, but he continued to accuse me of not submitting offers when the property was no longer available.

Mr. Murphy's claims are unfounded and border on deformation of character.  I have numerous testimonials to prove my integrity and honesty, when in fact, Mr. Murphy, the author of the complaint, is the party who is unreputable.
