My husband and I contacted Marcy about an adoption around 2002-2003.  There was a birthmom.  Signed the contract with Marcy and as she states, she will work with us until we have a successful adoption. Sent her right at $10,000 !!!!!

Met the birthmom, went to doctors appointments was planning on the adoption.  Circumstances came up on the birthmom's end and the adoption fell through.  I don't necessarily blame Marcy with that. 

But I do have to question, why I have not heard from Marcy in 11 years now???  If you are supposed to work with my husband and I until we have a successful adoption as your contract states, then why have you not contacted us to offer options for odoption??

I put my "alias" as Lost All Hope, because after this my husband and I have never persued further adoption.  This took our heart, our soul, and yeah our money !!!  It took me years to be able to even speak of this without crying my eyes out.  I still long for a loving child of our own.

I am a Christian and everyone tells me "let God handle this", that's why I still have faith.  Marcy, Step up! Proove all these people wrong.  Stand behind your contracts and give me and us our successful adoptions!!

Again, Why have you not stayed in touch with your clients??  My husband and I paid you almost $10,000 for a service and you have yet to fulfill that service.

This is a summary of our situation, but it's the same as many other cases.  Paid Marcy money for a service and still waiting 11 years later.

If anyone has any information about Marcy please contact me.  I have not spoken with her in approx 11 years.  I want to know the status of my adoption ???
