Jennifer Beegle - Margie Beelge Sales I went to an estate sale this weekend. This lady they call as Jenn (her name is Jennifer) is so rude, cruel, revengeful, vile and absoultely unethical and bully. I will never go again to another sale they have. Infact I will be going to several other successful companies like this one which often have great sales.  Houston Texas

 I find it shocking that such nonsense is allowed to be posted. I don't know if this woman has her own estate sale business, is a daughter, friend, cousin of another estate sale owner or is just in a bad mood but she certainly is not describing anyone that works for my company. We have seven simple rules that are posted in large signs, all of the friendly employees assist buyers with understanding them, and they are also on our website and in all advertising we refer to the website so potential buyers can be well informed before even attending a sale. The seven simple rules are common sense rules that protect our clients--most of whom are seniors--as well as make the playing field fair for all buyers. I have been in business 20 years plus and we have the longest lines and sell out every weekend because we love our clients--both buyers and sellers. Jennifer is one of the kindest of all of the workers and she has the hardest job because many times buyers want to pay $1.00 for an item marked $100.00, don't want to pay sales tax or won't accept 'no' for an answer. Sometimes these people go online and post terrible lies because they did not get their way--can you imagine? We sign contracts and must abide by them and we always keep our word. Unfortunately anonymous online comments allow anyone to say anything so we encourage you to attend the sales yourself and you will see that of the hundreds of thousands of happy clients the handful who could not take no for an answer and go online with rather vicious lies represent .00001% of the buyers that attend our sales.

At no time does anyone working with MBS, Inc., treat customers the way the person--who did not leave their name so their 'report' could be verified interestingly enough--described in his/her comment.  In fact, the girl at check out--Jennifer--is both kind and very patient despite the fact that sometimes buyers are not perhaps as kind and patient as they think they are.  Sometimes buyers want us to reduce the price, not charge sales tax, or even worse allow them to buy something another buyer has already placed on the SOLD table.  Obviously we cannot do any of these things and sometimes people became angry at me for simply doing my job.

We have seven posted rules that assist buyers and sellers in making the estate sales both fair and profitable for all.  They are all clearly defined and we post them throughout the sales.  For example, no children under 15 because we do not want any precious child to be hurt, no large purses so clients don't accidentally break something and have to pay for it, you must pay sales tax because that is state law, and so on and so forth.  Sometimes buyers forget the posted rules, don't understand them, or don't want to follow them and ALL of the MBS, Inc., team will take the time to calmly go over the rules, explain them, and assist buyers.

The real problems occur when shoppers do not want to follow the rules and then blame the kind people at MBS, Inc..  Despite being yelled at and sometimes even cursed at, we remain cool and continue to do our job.  Most of our clients are Seniors and we take our job very seriously as they are depending on us to do our best job ALWAYS--and we do.

We have the longest lines of any estate sale company in town, we sell out every weekend, and we have a very long list of happy sellers going back 20 plus years.  We pride ourselves on treating others the way we would want to be treated and unfortunately we cannot break the rules for anyone even if they yell at us. 

We encourage anyone needing an estate sale to attend the sales of quite a few of the companies before selecting the one company to represent you.   We book every weekend because we care and we are very good at what we do--our Seniors and all of our clients deserve that!

MY STORY IS ONLY ADDING TO THE NUMEROUS STORIES YOU CAN FIND ON MULTIPLE SITES SUCH AS THIS ONE. MY PROBLEM LIES HERE IN THE FACT THAT SHE HAS STOLEN MONEY FROM ME AND IS STILL ABLE TO CONDUCT BUSINESS. She threatened my well being by having me arrested, accused me of fraud, verbally assaulted me, and to top it off my dear friend that was present during part of the fiasco was called "FILTH" as Jennifer BULLDOG BEEGLE threw a pair of shoes at her yelling to never come back or SHE WILL HAVE US ARRESTED! What really struck me with the feeling of no hope what so ever, the off duty police officer that was 10 feet away didn't do anything but threaten me as well and said it was a civil matter, warning me that Jennifer will press charges if I try calling her office. This was a humiliating and very degrading experience that I will never forget. I truly believe there's a lot more to Jennifer Bulldog Beegle and her entourage, including the off-duty officer. AFTER LOOKING INTO HER AND FINDING ALL THE NEGATIVE HORROR STORIES, I'M SHOCKED TO THINK THAT ANYONE WOULD HIRE THIS PERSON OR EVEN LET HER SET FOOT IN THEIR HOME. THIS GIVES ME EVERY REASON TO BELIEVE THAT MANY ARE BEING RIPPED OFF AND SCAMMED BY BULLDOG AND HER MINIONS.
