Marie France Dayan, owner and operator of The Zen Investor, has lured numerous investors into what was presented as "hands free, passive investments." in New Brunswick. These property investments were sold to investors, by her, were said to have fixed 5 year leases with the developer. The properties were grossly overpriced, and all lease garuntees have been defaulted on. Well over 50 investors from Canada and America had bought these properties. These investors are now loosing hundreds of dollars per month and tens of thousands in property values. She has done this before under another company name (PI Global) and is currently facing fines. Marie has also attempted to also sell properties in Belize to investors with little succes. There were supposed to be short term rentals in place for these as well. She walked away from her failed projects in Belize leaving these investors hanging as well. 

She has abandoned all of her investors in all projects sold and password protected her website. She is also now making an attempt at becomeing a real estate and/or life coach. 

My intent is to make public her scams to ensure that no other real estate, or any other type of investor, fall prey to her acts and scams. Be very weary!
