My story is very similar to the prior story.  In April Mario advertised a 79 TransAm on Ebay. I called and he wanted to sell car for more but we agreed on a price.  He had me Pay Pal $3750 to his PayPal and do it not for goods and services but as a freind.  I thought this was wierd but Mario has a line of excuses for everything.

Finaly the car gets picked up and I get title work.  First Mario did not have a car to sell.  Mario had a Salvage title car that he failed to ever put in his name.  He failed to discose this was a salvage title car and rusted through and only good as parts.  When I called him he played dumb and stated he was a business man and would make this good but had to take another phone call.  I have talked to him over the last several days and he promises to refund the money but avoids the calls and text and no money has been returned.

I called the local police and he is a known entity.  He has been in jail.
