Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Avoid this guy. He said his rate is $100 an hour. He showed up 40 minutes late. I had a frozen water pipe somewhere outside the house. He spent 10 minutes heating the problem pipe and charged $200. Why double? He said he gets $100 to show up and $100 for labor. When I questioned his logic on the bill, he got indignant and said smugly "well the last guy didn't complain" He solved my problem on a Saturday, so I paid him. But he never explained the "$100 show up" fee in advance and I didn't appreciate his attitude or adding another full $100 per hour for 10 minutes of work. His attitude was uncalled for.

I read the complaint against Mark and with all due respect to the man who made the complaint, he is unfamiliar with the standart cost of an emergency call in the dead of night in a snowstorm which makes getting to the call a long and difficult trip, especially in a van because van's don't have all wheel drive.
I have been using Mark for almost 10 years for everything from simple plumbing issues to well installation and well maintenance.
When you call Mark's answering service, he calls back immediately.
He charges less than other companies that are not nearly as good professionally or personally.
Mark was recommended to me by a friend and I have in turn recommended him to many friends and never heard anything but positive stories.

I cannot imagine why anyone would have anything negative to say about Mark unless they were unfamiliar what the standard rate is for an emergeny calls in the dead of night during a snowstorm.
I have been using Mark for almost 10 years for everything from simple plumbing jobs to well installation and well maintenance.
His prices are lower than others who are not nearly professional and personable as he is.
If you call his ansering service, he calls back immediately. Mark was recommended to me by a friend and I have in turn recommended him to many of my friends and never heard anyting but glowing reviews.
