He stole the Irvine Saints from a local family that started the organization without knowing he was a convicted felon. He kept all the funds and apparently has not refunded any of them. The Saints continue to post a page like they are playing - but they are not. Mark Ellis was, is and will continue to be a first rate, low-life scumbag of a con.
If you have been ripped off in this case - harass the organizations that allow Mark Ellis to continue to associate with them...
