If you are looking to apply for a mortage, Mark Lindblom is NOT the kind of person you want to do business with. Mark will lead you on and make you believe that you will qualify if you do certain things. He claims to have "special programs" but it is one big lie. Mark harassed us for months to send in the documents (taxes, bank statements, etc.) He was very pushy and would call numerous times a day. He also had a realtor - Cliff Clover from Watson Realty in Kissimmee, Florida (Who is his very good friend) harass us to find a home and put funds in escrow. Mark constantly changes his story and gives people the run around about things that are pretty serious like down payment, interest rates, etc. One day he will tell you your interest rate is going to be 3.5% and the next day it is 5%! He changes his story with every phone call and email. He has even put things in writing and then says he never sent that or it was a "mistake"! Mark gave my family and I a pre-approval so we found a home. He made us put a deposit down on a home ($1,000), pay for a home inspection ($475.00), and pay for an appraisal ($450.00) promising us we were approved and would be closing within the next 2 weeks. We signed a contract and Mark sent us the disclosures a couple of days later. About a week later, he called us at almost 8:00pm at night to tell us that he could not get the mortage approved because the underwriter did not like what she saw. Mark had told us that he had already been working with the underwriter and showing her my paperwork to make sure it was all in order. It was all one big lie. Mark Lindblom is a liar, scammer, and time waster! He lead my family and I on for months. As of today, we have lost over $2,000 and hours of looking at homes, sending in documents, and chatting back and forth on the phone and in emails. I would highly suggest you do not do any business with Mark Lindblom or Ciff Clover/Watson Realty if you are looking to buy a home! They will lead you on for months and not do there job at the end of the day.

The individual that is upset that their mortgage did not go through is not telling you that the fees that they paid for are standard costs DURING a loan process. I have nothing to do with those fees, I do not charge those fees but are necessary if you are going to buy a house. I learned in our first conversation that this individual had no credit score, and no tax returns (she is just now 18). I explained that there is a underwriting process that would allow for her to get a loan with zero credit scores and we proceeded. They created 2 tax returns for 2013 and 2014 and they were submitted to the underwriting staff. It is at this time that the underwriters, after full review, decided that they did not believe that the tax returns were in fact valid. And the underwriters declined the loan. Again, I had nothing to do with the validation of the tax returns. In summary, they were frustrated after creating tax returns, pay for services, and making an escrow deposit. I understand that. But I only gather up the documents and submit  them for a final review and approval.
