I am finally putting this up because of new relavations concerning Sutter County District Attorney Carl Adams which helps proves my story about DA Carl Adams and the Sutter County District Attorneys Office being corrupt. It actually does deeper than that, the Sutter County Justice System in infected with corruption.

I had served honorable in the U.S. Marine and Gulf War in which I was exposed to several toxic agents and experimental pills and vaccines as were many other veterans that have become ill. The Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs for years denied our exposures and illness which has become known as Gulf War Illness/Gulf War Syndrome. There has been many Congressional Reports and Hearing, as well has many media reports and a lot of medical research that has helped made the veterans cases and exposed the lies of the DOD and VA. One of the best books write is- "Gassed in the Gulf-The Inside Coverup of the Pentagon-CIA Coverup of Gulf War Syndrome by former CIA Analyist Patrick Eddington.

I have also been diagnosed with PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injury due to my service in the Gulf War.

For many years I reached out to the VA for help but was given excuses and the run-around so I turned to self-medication which got me into trouble with the Sutter County legal system.

I brought this issues up to my public defender Mark Van den Heuvel and asked him to prepare a defense but was basically mocked and disrepected by Mr. Van den Heuvel.

Instead of investigating and preparing a defense Mr. Van den Heuvel keep having me wave my rights and prolonging the court proceedings. He lead me to believe that he was preparing some kind of defense but I started to suspect something was wrong because he didn't seem to be trying to gather any evidence, talking to witnesses or filing discovery motions.

The Sutter County District Attorneys Office was also involved with illegally disseminating a NCIS document and spreading false allegations that I was wanted from the Gulf War for smuggling weapons. I wanted the jury to hear this because it was false and it would have helped my case if the jury was made aware that the DA's office was spreading false allegation about me and my Honorable Marine Corp and Gulf War service. If they were illegally disseminating documents and helping spread false allegations, what else were they doing wrong and lying about?

After prolonging my case month after month, I was called to court on a unscheduled court date. It was the day before the trial date and Mr. Van den Heuvel hadn't prepared anything for trial. He should be a NCIS document and insinuted that I had a dishonorable discharge, that it would be used against me as well as the NCIS document.

He gave me a copy of the document and right on the front it had a "Warning". Box 2 was checked-(Applicable Only When Checked X ) No part of this document may be further disseminated, including to subjest or counsel, without prior specific authorization of the Naval Investigative Service.

No where in the document did it authorize them to copy it or disseminate it but that is exactly what they did. Mr Van den Heuvel and the DA attempted to railroad (Blackmail) me into a plea deal with the document but I would not be intimated by them. I brought to Mr. Van den Heuvels attention the "Warning" and that they had violated it. I was going to bring it to the judges attention but before I could Mr. Van den Heuvel told the judge that I didn't understand the nature of the proceedings and needed to be evaluated for competency.

They had a Dr. Paul Wuehler do a psycho-legal evaluation in which he reported I was delusional and incompetent. I showed him the NCIS document and explained the way Mr. Van den Heuvel and the DA tried to use it and how it was used to spread false allegations. Dr. Wuehler used that to state I was delusional. He also said that he had no way of knowing whether or not I was actually in the Gulf War as a Marine but I should him documents and the NCIS reports stated that I was in the Marines during the Gulf War. I also gave him a lot of evidence that he could use to verify my information but he didn't do that.

I was then sent to a state hospital and examined by several doctors and had several evaluations done which indicated that I was not delusional or imcompetent. The doctors wrote me a favorable report and I was sent back to court. I explained to the judge how Mr. Van den Heuvel and the DA illegally used the NCIS Report but he refused to do anything. I fired Mr. Van den Heuvel and then the court appointed me Mr. Tibbitts which has the reputation of being the very worst public defender and a very bad attorney.

I suspected that Dr Wuehler would report anything the attorney that hired him told him to say. My suspicions were confirmed years later when I read an article in the Appeal Democrat regarding a convicted child molestor.

Some sentences from the article- Local psychologist Paul Wuehler who examined Aspinall, told Curry: " I believe Mr. Aspinall is not a danger to the community as a result of any sexual perversion." Wuehler, who said he did not believe Aspinall was a pedophile, acknowledged to Sydow he was unaware that authorites found pornography on Aspinall's computer.  " We are very confident, share the cinfidence that court has and Dr. Wuehler that Kevin Aspinall will succeed on probation.

Cassie Bryant responded in the Appeal Democrat- The psychologist Paul Wuehler, even said that the man wasn't a dnager or a pedophile? How can he not be a pedophile? He molested a 13 year old girl and had child pornography.

I another pedophile case a jury recommends returning convicted pedophile to state hospital. But Dr Paul Wuehler of Marysville, who examined Nayler three years ago and again in December, testified, " It is my opinion that he is unlikely to reoffend." At a similar court hearing in 2001, Wuehler testified that Naylor was at the time a threat to committ sex crimes again. But on Thursday, Wuehler said, "He does not have a criminal mind. and he now can control his behavior." Naylor said he admits that he is and will always be "A child molestor", but denied he is  a pedophile. Wuehler said , "All child molestors are not pedophiles."

Dr Wuehlers testimony in supporting child molestors pretty much lets you know what kind of doctor that he is and helps support my allegations that he is corrupt along with Mark Van den Heuvel and will do and say anything to protect the corrupt justice system in California.

Now the reason that I finally put up this complaint. There is new evidence that help expose the truth about the Sutter County DA Carl Adams and the Sutter County DA's Office being corrupt.

Appeal Democrats Headlines- Sutter County DA Adams under investigation in connection with arson. Carl Adams was having a affair with a former homicide suspect, witness and prostitute Sarah Garibay. He had told her that he was jealous because she was seeing other men and after that her home was burned down by an arsonist.

Adams lied to investigators about having a sexual affair with her and his behavior was unusual after the fire. He showed up at the scene something he had never did before and made sure Garibay received victims assistants also something he had never done before.

I warned the California State Bar, California Attorney General and U.S. Justice Department about Carl Adams but they would not listen. I also filed complaints against Mark Van den Heuvel but they would not investigate.

We have a corrupt system that protects their own even when they violate the law and are unethical.

Carl Adams told the Appeal Democrat- " As far as my position in office, I never did anything illegal, unprofessional or unethical>"

I believe lying illegally disseminating a NCIS documents and lying to investigators is unethical and illegal.

This is a widespread problem in the Sutter County Justice System and Attorney Mark Van den Heuvel has played a big part in it.
