I allowed them to do the work. Within a few months, the engine blew. I took it back to them and they said it was probably due to the 'previous owner' They kept the jaguar for 8 weeks, leaving me at the mercy of others for transporation as I am a single mother and had to work and take care of my child. When I finally got my Jaguar back, within two weeks, the transmission went out. I have in a text message from Joe M. an employee, it may have been due to the engine they put in. They could fix it for $2500 or I could buy a car from them....conveniently, they had an 2001 Audi Quattro fro $2500 on their lot. Which they claimed had NO PROBLEMS. I owned the Audi for less than 90 days and had it in my possesion for less than 30 days as there was so much mechanical work needing to be repaired. Each time they said 'they fixed everything' something else went wrong. I took it another mechanic, and the TRUE cost of what repairs needed to be done was right at 4k, plus it needed a new engine. It was then taken back to Markal Motors for repair, they promised one week (which I have in email) it ended up being there for three weeks. Once it was taken back to the other mechanic to see if all repairs were complete, there were more issues based on their shoddy mechanical work. Now I own an Audi, that I can't take on far distances due to more maintenance needed and a Jaguar that does not work at all. During the course of Audi repairs, they offered to take a transmission out of another jag on the lot (which I had first asked them to do when the transmission went out and they refused). I asked why they were offering the transmission after 3 months of trouble with the Audi and what was so wrong with the Audi that they were now offering such. They said 'nothing was wrong with the Audi'....which the other mechanic verified it needed the roughly 4k worth of work

A check was paid for the Audi, which the owner Mike Cogan, cashed day of sale Feb 13, 2016. All other transactions for maintenance on Jajuar were paid by Credit Card, right at $7100 worth of maintenance on a car that will not move.

They were quick to take the money, did horrible maintenance on both cars.
