These people are scamming innocent americans by telemarketing. they call peoples home, cell phone, or even work phone. i have a pretty good idea where theu get their leads, such sites as 'branddealsonline', 'enternowsweepstakes', 'yourdailygiftcard' etc. my friend used to work for them and let me kno all about what they do. on your first day of work you must make at least 2 sales, or you will be fired the same day. and any day after that is a two sale minimum, or else the next day you will be written up and have to make 2 sales or you are fired. i have a copy of the script, if you recieve a call from these people, just hang up! they call you, tell you that you are a 'top finalist' in there phony 'dream of a lifetime'sweepstakes, to which the employees know absolutleynothingabout.first they ask what kind if credit card you have, the choices are 'american express, master card, and discover'. and then they tell you that as part of the 'registration requirements' they ask your Age, are you single or married, and what type of work do you do. once thdy have that, they try and shoot the breeze with you for a few secs. then go on to tell you as a 'sweepstakes promotion' you will be recieving 5 magazines for sixty months! they go on to confirm your address which they already have, and your email address as well. after all that they go on to casually tell you that the publishers of the magazines need you to help with 'their' cost of $4.61 A WEEK!! and make it sound like its a good deal, when really it is not. they also go on to tell you that it is going to be $16.66 cents A MONTH!! and then play it off by saying you will receive a 'gift' for participating aka 'making a purchase bu subscribing. i was curious about this, so i picked 5 magazines that i would like, went to each website of the magazine and added up how much the yearly cost for 60 months ((5years)) would actually come out to. The total price of me doing my own subscriptions was $402. Now if you go thru this scanmer company who offers you a 'limited time sweepstakes promotion', their cost will be $1,000!!! they are banking hard profit!! and the employees who actually fool these innocent hard working americans of their honestly earned money, make a commision of $3 dollers per sale!! what a rip off!! the company also call the people anonymosly ((no name/restricted on the caller id)) and they also ignore the rules National Do Not Call list by calling the people anyway, especially after they ask to be put on the list!! the script goes like this
