I PURCHASED THE SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR MARK HAMILTON HAD LISTED OCT 2 ON CRAIGSLIST For $650. MARK AND AN EMPLOYEE DELIVERED THE REFRIGERATOR MINUS THE ICE MAKER HE PREVIOUSLY SAID HE WOULD INSTALL. WHILE HE WAS BRINGING INSIDE HE DROPPED THE REFRIGERATOR INTO THE DOOR FRAME OF MY HOUSE DENTING AND SCRATCHING THE FRONT PANEL TO WHERE THE REFRIGERATOR WAS UNACCEPTABLE TO ME DUE TO THE DAMAGE. WHEN I EXPLAINED TO MARK THAT I SIMPLY COULD NOT ACCEPT THE REFRIGERATOR IN THAT CONDITION HE STATED "ILL PAY YOU YOUR MONEY WHEN I RESELL THE FRIDGE".. HE HAS NEVER PAID AND HAS SINCE CHANGED HIS PHONE NUMBER. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. HE IS A THIEF AND A LIAR. MARK EMAILS ME AND THINKS IM THE CRAZY ONE FOR WANTING THE MONEY FOR THE REFRIGERATOR THATS STILL IN HIS POSSESSION FOR SOME REASON......
Just went to small claims court on 3/10/14 and Mark didnt show or call the courts. Judgement in my favor but still no refund from Mr. Hamilton. But, he is still kind enough to get drunk and send emails in the middle of the night to let me know hes never going to pay the money he owes me. Beware of people on Craigslist portraying to be legitimate businesses.
