MARQUIS SPA DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTY:  DECEPTIVE PRACTICES / CONSUMER ADVISORY UPON INFORMATION & BELIEF OF FRAUD:

Purchased a new marquis celebrity hot tub several months ago for nearly $10K after all the bells & whistles. Within a few months, jets and the pumps leaked and failed and have corrosion evident on them. 

I use the hot tub approximately once or twice a month, In addition, not all jets have been working. I have reported this as early as within 90 days after purchase and have been ignored by everyone.

They finally sent a "service tech" ( which I had to pay for), who provided an invoice for another $1,800.00 saying that the "seals" and "pumps" are not covered in the warranty.    Total BS. 

Thank god I had an Independent service tech come inspect the spa and was told unquestionably that I was being ripped off by them trying to sell me new parts to a spa only a few months old.  Everything should have been honored by their 5 year so called superior Warranty.

I feel completely ripped off after being sold a new spa nearly $10,000.00 after delivery and install fees, etc.

Do NOT purchase a MARQUIS Spas, recommend you buy from another manufacturer.
