My dad got a massage from this spa, and at the end of the session, the massage therapist put her bra on top of my dad's clothing and when confronted, she left without saying anything and later on the management team has been trying to pretty much make it sound like it was my dad's fault and even though my dad was sexually harrassed. They have not offered any kind of apology or compensation of any kind. The management team just seems like they are trying to cover up their employee's conduct and the worse part is that they can't even spell their customer's name correctly in the email correspondence.
they can't even care enough to look up their client's name and spell it correctly, can't expect any more compassion or care at any further level i guess.
beware, do not go to this spa, complete ripoff. Kristen is the massage therapist that is involved in the incident. be careful to not get massage by her because after she harrases you, she will make it look like it was your fault.
